How Does It Work?
My program is simple:
- I assess where you are at and where you want to go. So, I can write you the most effective workouts possible.
- Each month, I’ll write you a customized program for your goals. You do them on your own time and where you like to train or in person in a friendly small group environment.
- Access to me, to answer all your questions and check your exercise form in person or via e-mail. I’m taking all the guesswork out of training. Just show up and do what I tell you. Get Leaner and stronger.
- I’ll check in with you once a week, to ensure everything is going smoothly. And we’ll make adjustments as needed.
- Nutrition coaching comes with this program, so we cover all the bases. You can learn how to eat healthy, shed fat, and feel amazing. Remember, Nutrition is the biggest driver of fat loss.
